Deep Dive
Learn & begin applying Transactional Analysis* (behavioral science) to strengthen copywriting, voicemail and live customer touch points.
* Transactional Analysis is a psychoanalytic method using human personality types to predict if personalities will interact productively. You'll adjust messages based on how "ego states" interact. The ego state of both parties is used as a basis for understanding and influencing mutually beneficial behavior.

Week 4: Target & destroy negative mental triggers: Words & word patterns.
